Getting Help

The overdownunder project and website do not offer any support or help. We aim to only create a porthole for global information and maintain the message that the worst you could possibly feel is usually the bottom of the emotional bounce and that there is only one way to go from there. This is Jerry's own personal experience and not definitive of mental-illness.

You can however, contact any of the organizations or people listed below. They all do wonderful work, and sometimes, the words of a complete stranger and a qualified professional can make all the difference. Even if you don't think it will make any difference, call anyway.

If you wish to write to Jerry, feel free to do so via e-mail here

Do not discount the power of calling anyone from any of these organizations; they are trained to help. Read through any or many of the links to contact a group that resonates with you. If you know of an organization not listed here, please advise us so we may add it to the list for all to see.
